Please see the terms and conditions form and then complete the booking form, including your mobile phone number, so that you can be contacted during the Outing.
Please remember that everyone on the trip needs to be a member of a u3a or actively considering becoming one. Unless this is the case the insurance is invalidated.
Also please ensure you return to the transport at the agreed time and verify that it is the correct bus. Keep your mobile phone switched on.
Payment can be made by cheque payable to 'Crowborough u3a Outings' (with the name of the trip on the back)
or by BACS----sort code 30-98-77 account number 29750268 .
When paying by BACS the reference should include the members name and the name of the trip.
Payments should be confirmed in an e-mail to the Hon. Treasurer
