Books are chosen in batches from the Crowborough Library lists by group members.
We read one book per month then meet to discuss.
Two of our members download questions from the web to stimulate more interesting discussions and these are often phrased in very obscure ways, prompting comments such as “what the dickens (!) do they mean by that”?
On the table are the library's listings, which we chose from, and also the lists which we are currently using.
We have been meeting now for 4 years and have formed good friendship bonds within the group.
Our year finishes in December with Christmas luncheon.
