Introducing...DANCERCISE!
What on earth is it..?!
Well, it does basically, what it says on the tin..!...it's Exercise gained from learning routines in lots of different Dance styles: could be Modern, Jazz, Film iconic routines, Waltz, Charleston, 60s swing, Cha Cha Cha...Bollywood!! Yes! Think Jai Ho! We do a couple of jazzy warm ups to loosen the body through, then launch into a Dance routine - there's laughter, fun and sometimes frustration, but always a good workout, without going too mad!
Every session is tailored to the participants; so everyone gets the best out of it, doesn't feel overwhelmed but strives to achieve a little bit more each time. Being honest, it's not for the faint hearted, but it's not like a fast cardio session: you just don't know your limits till you try!!
