Dancercise is a form of aerobic fitness that combines vigorous, continuous dance routines with traditional exercise. Set to high-energy music like pop, Latin, disco, or hip-hop, it is designed to improve cardiovascular health, coordination, and mood while making the workout feel more like a fun party than strict exercise.

This new group is meeting for the first time on Wednesday 1st July.
