Our meetings are a sociable and enjoyable way of listening to music. You do not need to know about jazz. Come and find out what jazz is about. There is no limit to the number of members.
Each month we have two musical presentations lasting one hour, with a short interval in between. Our presentations often include music and videos from YouTube. In December 2024 we are putting on a concert in the main hall of the community centre featuring two groups, one of which is fully professional.
Presentations are shared among the members, but there is no pressure to give a presentation. Your enjoyment is paramount.
At least once a year, we have an afternoon tea after the presentation, so that we have time to socialise. We also put on the occasional concert in the main hall, featuring excellent local bands.
