This group is for people interested in practical and proven workable methods to improve their physical and mental wellbeing. We use various types of mindfulness, self-awareness, self-enquiry and meditation techniques from modern psychology and the Eastern and Western spiritual traditions. If regular meditation does not suit you there are plenty of other options. There will also be an in-depth investigation into vitamins, supplements, diets. As a member you are encouraged to participate in choosing subjects to cover and contribute, if you wish.
