This is a new group being formed by a keen group leader.

This sport is also known as Boules and is popular in France. Small metal balls are tossed from a set position to get closest to a small wooden jack. An opponents balls can be knocked away by collisions, hence the use of metal balls.

We play at the pétanque pitches adjacent to the miniature railway on Goldsmiths leisure centre weather permitting on Fridays and Sundays meeting at 1:45 for a 2 pm start.
